Pathcraft is a habit-building app that generates AI-powered roadmaps to help you achieve your goals. The app uses the Gemini API to create personalized learning plans. The app is a productivity tool — it does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from following the generated roadmaps.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated roadmaps will be suitable for your specific needs.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathcraft and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed goals, lost time, or reliance on AI-generated content.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own learning outcomes. Pathcraft provides structure and planning — execution is up to you. AI-generated roadmaps should be reviewed and adjusted to fit your personal circumstances.

6. API Key

The AI features require a Gemini API key provided by you. You are responsible for your own API usage and any associated costs from Google.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
